About We Be Smokin'

It all started about thirteen years ago when I married the love of my Life...and no...I'm not going to get mushy. Darrell my husband and half owner of WBS, plus Dale, Matt, and John which are really good friends (these guys are what we like to call "The King of the Hill Bunch") use to go to all these BBQ cook offs. It was then that John had started working on a mix of spices. Well, a couple years later he took ill and passed away. We stopped doing the cook offs and started real small by cooking for the motorcycle race employees at Texas Stadium. I knew then it was time to improve and perfect what John had started. The WBS Rub was perfected and the small group of people we cooked for steadily grew to 500 people. We were catering "Big Time". We were cooking for graduations, weddings, and picnics. Then we started getting orders to-go... Now our company is We Be Smokin'  Smokin' To-Go & Rubs. That is how it all got started, we hope you all enjoy!
